The kids loved exploring the waterfront and participating in various activities. The Knysna Golf Club was a hit with my wife, who enjoyed a round of golf while taking in the beautiful surroundings. we had a memorable time at these places and it added a great deal of excitement to our family trip.
My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the rooms were absolutely stunning with beautiful views. The location was perfect, overlooking the harbor, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options.

Our room had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the harbor. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, allowing us to relax while our toddler played. The staff made us feel right at home, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The pool, with its salty, heated water, was a highlight. Leonard, the chef, was amazing and made our stay even more memorable. We loved the comfortable beds, big baths, and lovely terrace for morning yoga. Thank you all!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Fantastic Views and Excellent Service
We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who provided us with great restaurant recommendations. The room and bathroom were well-appointed, except for the slightly short bed. The modern decor with memorabilia gave the hotel a unique and charming atmosphere. Although there were some small issues, such as the lack of sun-bed mattresses by the pool, and the pool needing a bit of cleaning and updating, the friendly chef and basic breakfast made up for it. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would still recommend Madison Manor Boutique Hotel for its fabulous views and excellent service overall.

Loved the view, antique furniture, and live entertainment. Also, the skin care created a perfect environment on my face, just what I needed. And the variety of restaurants captured the diverse cultures, so I felt like I traveled the world. Cons: Tissues and soap were on vacation.

Amazing property and staff - Jacqui and Lenard were mind-blowing! The food was super, 5-star cooking! Jacqui went above and beyond by getting ingredients for fantastic pina coladas. Leonard, the chef, was a welcoming and lovely man. The big baths, terrace, comfortable beds, and cozy bar were jaw-dropping. The staff were punctual and accommodating, and the rooms were large, clean, and had both bath and shower. The air conditioning was a life saver, and the pool had a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was impressive. The property was very kids-friendly, and the staff made us feel at home. Will definitely come back and explore nearby attractions. Loved it!
